Returns

We want you to love your model ship. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging and unused condition, for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because our models are handcrafted and shipped internationally, we take packaging seriously — every piece is shipped with custom-fitted protective packaging and padding. However, if your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yachtclubstore.com with photos of the damage and packaging
2. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if you prefer

How to Start a Return

Email info@yachtclubstore.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item), we cover return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs.
